Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina Shevchenko, a Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai fighter from Peru and a mixed martial arts artist competing for the UFC in the Flyweight Division. She is at present fighting. She is older than her fellow UFC fighter and the former UFC Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko's professional career in combat sport began with her debut as an Muay Thai fighter. Shevchenko debuted on the IFMA World Championship Tournament in 2003. Shevchenko took the title and then defeated Suzane Mller on a unanimous vote. Antonina won a medal of silver in 2007, a medal of bronze in 2008 and a medal gold in 2011. Then she won the title of IFMA Amateur World Muaythai Champ in 2016. Antonia started her professional career in 2003, and she won in the WKC K-1 Light Welterweight World Championship in 2012 the Lion Fight Lightweight Championship in 2016, and also the WMC as well as the Phoenix FC World Championships in the year 2016. Antonina's most recent fight took place against Isa Tidblad Keskikangas at Phoenix Fighting Championship. The winner was a unanimous decision. Antonina Shychenko's first professional MMA debut was made in 2002 at the KFK Cup of Kyrgystan when she faced Anara Bayanova. She was victorious by TKO after the first round. Antonina's improved strike technique allowed her to TKO Nievera via knees in the lower body. Antonina's UFC contract was renewed following this victory. Shevchenko was victorious by unanimous decision, but she lost her second fight with Roxanne Modafferi with a split decision. Antonina recovered from this loss with a win over Lucie Pudilova in the UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler with a back-naked choke. The result earned her the fight-of-the-night bonus.
