Aurora

Aurora Aksnes born 15th June 1996 Stavanger is an Norwegian musician and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves, was released in May of 2015 by Decca Records to great approval of bloggers in the music industry and media. Half the World Away, by the Oasis group for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among the artist's high-profile recordings. She gained some further recognition via a blog post from Katy Perry where Perry endorsed her track Runaway. Celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes' first musical memory involves finding a small piano that was in her basement and becoming enthralled by the sounds it made. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes, and Jan Oystein Aksnes, encouraged their daughter to take up music more as a hobby than a profession. In order to do so she started writing her own new compositions. Alongside Bjork as well, she mentions Leonard Cohen as an influence. She decided to start performing the songs she wrote publicly after her mother suggested that they could help people not be famous with her work, but instead help people see around them realize the importance of their work and how they impact the world. The piano was her first instrument at the age of six, and began creating music when she was nine. Her family didn't be aware until fourteen. Aurora wasn't a childhood dream. She claims that she just enjoys writing songs. For her music, is the best method of expressing anything.
